Literally THE BEST KNIFE SHOP IN PERTH!! For you who hasn't had a visit please do, be prepare for your eyeballs to be dazzled by the amount of beautiful knives and accessories that Chefs Edge have in stock! Recently bought a knife roll, was very impressed with quality, service from the chef edge team! so for you Japanese knife enthusiast or not, please do come and let the products speak for itself!! It took more than 2 weeks to deliver the knife , the costumer care doesn’t really care about the shipping being mishandle by them. They Charge me for DHL express is it really DHL express?! Took more than 2 weeks to deliver. The knife is also a disappointment , simple western knifes in the market are better… knife looks fancy but it’s not that great … customer care just neglects your complains so don’t bother shopping with them … just be professional and stop making false marketing such as DHL express … !!!!

Absolutely the best place to buy legitimate handmade Japanese knives. Been buying for years online and had the chance to visit in store and it's a fantastic experience - the service, expertise and range is absolutely unique. Won't find a better place

Absolutely Terrible customer service. I live out of country and have been trying to buy a couple of knifes. For days, they have not answered my question on price and just say they are busy" and "working on it". Now one of the knifes I was wanting is gone. I have done business with knife shops all over the world and none of them have been this bad."
